Movement and nervous system care for bodies in pain, stress, or recovery. This path blends yoga therapy, functional strength, and breathwork to restore balance from the inside out. You’ll rebuild stability, release tension, and learn to move with confidence again - guided by science, compassion, and your body’s own wisdom.

I think for the majority of women, hormones are the last thing we think about especially when it comes to nutrition. Erin's class is refreshing, informative, and really drives home the importance of understanding our hormones and simple ways we can keep them balanced.
