Warrior Sanctuary was born from the fusion of two practices—those of Erin Tomaso and Kaitlin Faye Heavin—who combined their expertise in yoga therapy, functional movement, and Ayurvedic healing to create a sanctuary for sustainable wellness. It’s a space where evidence-based practices and ancient wisdom meet, and where transformation is nurtured, not forced.
What makes us different? We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Our approach is personalized, body-literate, cycle-informed, and rooted in nervous system regulation. We offer support across every season of life with programs that are inclusive, thoughtful, and deeply effective.
