Warrior Sanctuary was born from the fusion of Erin Tomaso’s embodied strength and nervous system wisdom with Kaitlin Faye Heavin’s intuitive yoga therapy, Ayurvedic healing, and soul-led movement. Together, we’ve created a sanctuary for sustainable wellness. A space where evidence-based practices and ancient wisdom meet, and where transformation is nurtured, not forced —offering deep healing, fierce empowerment, and embodied transformation.
