It’s designed for the woman who wants to feel strong again - without having to dive into deep embodiment work just yet.

Pelvic Power is where most women begin their journey. This monthly seasonal workshop series blends functional movement, yoga, breathwork, and nervous system practices to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom.
In collaboration with Omaha OBGYN & Associates you’ll learn why kegels alone aren’t enough, how your pelvic floor connects to your hips, jaw, posture, and energy, and how to create strength that adapts with each season of life. Each workshop stands alone, yet across the year you’ll experience a cyclical journey of restoration, strength, release, and flow.

Loaded Yoga blends yoga postures, breath practices, kettlebells and functional movement for a practice that builds strength, mobility, and nervous system resilience. Unlike a traditional yoga class, this practice adapts to the seasons — balancing grounding, restoration, strength, and flow depending on the time of year.
