Hi, I’m Kaitlin — I'm so glad to meet you!

 For nearly two decades, I’ve guided individuals in reducing pain, restoring movement, and cultivating strength—by bringing together modern science, yoga therapy, and Ayurvedic wisdom.

Yoga Therapy for Pain Management (Workshop Series + Community)

Yoga Therapy for Pain Symptom Management is an integrative, embodied program designed for people living with acute or chronic pain. 

It’s more than stretching—it’s about restoring alignment, calming the nervous system, and building tools so you can live more fully, with less discomfort. 

Whether you’re dealing with back pain, joint pain, neuropathy, or another pain condition, this series helps you reclaim agency and body awareness.


In collaboration with Omaha OBGYN & Associates -You can join single workshops, seasonal cycles, or commit for a full annual journey for deeper transformation.

A gentle, yet powerful therapeutic movement class designed to improve bone density, balance, core stability, and confidence in your body. Safe for beginners and those managing Osteopenia or Osteoporosis.
