It’s more than stretching—it’s about restoring alignment, calming the nervous system, and building tools so you can live more fully, with less discomfort.
Whether you’re dealing with back pain, joint pain, neuropathy, or another pain condition, this series helps you reclaim agency and body awareness.

Season - Theme - Workshop Focus
Each season highlights a different layer of pain symptom management:
Spring – Renew & Move: Awakening mobility and flexibility with gentle sequences, hip and back release, spinal flow, and breath awareness.
Summer – Strength & Flow: Building capacity and resilience through functional strength, balance, core stability, and mindful movement.
Fall – Align & Restore: Exploring postural awareness, functional alignment, fascia wellness, and restorative practices.
Winter – Rest & Reconnect: Prioritizing deep healing through restorative postures, guided meditation, Yoga Nidra, and breath-centered practices for relaxation.
Each workshop (~120 minutes) includes:
Education (~20 minutes) covering pain science, fascia, alignment, nervous system regulation, and the role of movement and breath as natural pain relievers/analgesics.
Embodied Practice (45–60 minutes) with tailored yoga therapy, functional movement, mindful breathwork, and meditation techniques
Integration Circle (15+ minutes) for sharing, Q&A, and reflection
Take-Home Toolkit practice videos, guided meditations, journal prompts, and simple daily routines.
