The Warrior Path is the heart of Warrior Sanctuary.
It honors the cycles of nature, your hormonal rhythms, and your body’s innate intelligence—while giving you practical tools to feel strong, confident, and alive for years to come.
Season One – Align & Strengthen (January–April)
Rise into alignment and strength. Through core work, posture, movement efficiency, and cycle-aware training, you’ll embody resilience and begin leading from a grounded, empowered place.
Season Two – Flow with Your Cycles (May–August)
Move in harmony with your natural rhythms. This path teaches cycle-informed movement, sustainable energy pacing, and how to lead with rhythm-aware grace.
Season Three – Ground & Regulate (September–December)
Anchor in restoration, calm, and presence. Learn nervous system regulation, deep release practices, and self-leadership rooted in rest and resolution.

Kapha Season Immersion
April 17-19 Waterville Maine
A 3-day spring reset blending functional movement, seasonal yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation. Learn how to move stagnation, restore clarity, and practice in harmony with Kapha season. Open to the public and yoga teachers (CEUs available).
Focused, season-specific workshops blending functional movement, yoga therapy, breathwork, and seasonal alignment rituals. Perfect if you want to explore one stage of The Warrior Path in depth and start implementing changes right away.
4 months – Deep integration & personal support
For women ready to go beyond weekly classes into a truly transformative season. Includes everything in the workshop plus personalized coaching to help you integrate movement, nervous system regulation, and cyclical living into your unique lifestyle.
12 months – All three seasons, full transformation
