Season One – Align & Strengthen (January–April)
Rise into alignment and strength. Through core work, posture, movement efficiency, and cycle-aware training, you’ll embody resilience and begin leading from a grounded, empowered place.

Step into the new year with a weekend designed to restore your strength, clarity, and balance from the inside out. This 3-day immersion blends functional movement, yoga therapy, and embodied self-leadership practices to help you move, breathe, and live with greater awareness and ease.
Through posture, nervous system regulation, and intentional movement, you’ll explore what it means to align your body and mind with the rhythm of the winter season. Each day builds on the last, creating space for both restoration and growth.
