Warrior Sanctuary was born from the union of two lifelong paths—one rooted in yoga therapy, the other in functional movement and self-leadership.
Erin Tomaso and Kaitlin Faye Heavin came together with a shared vision: to create a space where healing doesn’t mean stopping and strength doesn’t mean suffering. Drawing from decades of experience in movement science, yoga, nervous system healing, and holistic health, they set out to build a sanctuary that would bridge the gaps between fitness and recovery, discipline and intuition, science and soul.
What started as two individual practices became a shared mission to rewrite the wellness narrative—especially for those left behind by mainstream health and fitness practices.
We’ve grown from a collaborative idea to a living, breathing container for transformation. Warrior Sanctuary is now a hybrid community offering in-studio classes, 1:1 coaching, digital resources, and immersive experiences. Whether someone joins us online or in person, our approach is always high-touch, trauma-informed, and evidence-based—designed to meet each person exactly where they are.
Our community is filled with women and humans of all identities who are reclaiming their bodies, building sustainable strength, and leading from a place of embodied power.
Clients come to us burned out, stuck, or simply seeking something deeper—and they leave with renewed energy, inner stability, and a toolkit they can use for life. The results we care about are not just aesthetic or performance-based; they’re about how you feel in your body, how you show up in your life, and how you lead from within.
