Pelvic Power Workshops

Most women are told to ‘just do kegels’ or are left without real solutions for pelvic health. At Warrior Sanctuary, we created Pelvic Power, a workshop series that blends functional strength, yoga beyond the mat, nervous system regulation, and feminine embodiment practices.

What makes it different is our seasonal approach — we align each workshop with the rhythms of nature: release in fall, restoration in winter, awakening in spring, vitality in summer. Women can join one workshop, a full season, or commit to the year.

This isn’t just about movement — it’s about reconnecting with womb energy, confidence, and resilience in everyday life. And it’s designed to complement healthcare and holistic practices, so it integrates beautifully with clinics, wellness centers, and community collaborations.

Spring is Kapha season — a time when heaviness, dampness, and stagnation are most present in the body. Many women feel the pull to change right now… yet struggle with fatigue, inconsistency, self-judgment, or distrust in their energy.


Women’s Spring Sanctuary: From Seed to Flame is designed to bridge that gap.


This 3-hour embodied sanctuary supports the natural seasonal shift from winter conservation into spring mobilization using a science-meets-soul approach. We work with the body — not against it — through graded activation, rhythmic movement, expressive release, and ritual integration.
