Spring is Kapha season — a time when heaviness, dampness, and stagnation are most present in the body. Many women feel the pull to change right now… yet struggle with fatigue, inconsistency, self-judgment, or distrust in their energy.
Women’s Spring Sanctuary: From Seed to Flame is designed to bridge that gap.
This 3-hour embodied sanctuary supports the natural seasonal shift from winter conservation into spring mobilization using a science-meets-soul approach. We work with the body — not against it — through graded activation, rhythmic movement, expressive release, and ritual integration.
From a scientific and therapeutic lens, spring is when lymphatic flow increases and needs stimulation, metabolic rate begins to rise, and motivation returns unevenly. From a nervous system perspective, this is a transition from deep parasympathetic dominance toward mobilization — meaning intensity must be intelligent, not abrupt.
From a yoga therapy lens, circulation, spinal mobility, functional strength, and rhythmic movement restore confidence, clarity, and follow-through.
Chakra Focus
This sanctuary primarily works with the Sacral Chakra (flow, creativity, expression) and Solar Plexus Chakra (personal power, confidence, action), supported by the Root Chakra for safety and grounding during activation. We rise from stability — we do not bypass it.
Space is limited.
