Movement and nervous system care for bodies in pain, stress, or recovery. This path blends yoga therapy, functional strength, and breathwork to restore balance from the inside out. You’ll rebuild stability, release tension, and learn to move with confidence again — guided by science, compassion, and your body’s own wisdom.
